DICK HaMMERSTROM WINS 2015 PREDICTOR OF THE YEAR
Dick Hammerstrom finished 2015 with a 7.37 percentage placing in Basketball, Baseball and Football Predictions to easily win Predictor of the Year.
Dick's 7.37 average was the 5th best in the 31 years of B47compiling best annual predictor.   This is the 3rd time in the last 4 yeaars that Dick has won
and 4th time overall.   The 27.74 average placing for the top 5 predictors was the best average since 27.73 in 2002. Gerry Hamilton's third place % of 25.92
was the lowest 3rd place % since his24.45% in 2000.  Six predictors predicted all three sports in 2015.
Nelson has finished in the top 4 predictors in 23 straight years and in top three 21 of last 23 years.  Dick Hammerstrom has finished in the top
two four straight years. Jim Slagle has finished in the top 4 predictors 5 of the last 6 years.  This was Bob Thomas 4th straight top 5 finish.
NELSON SLAGLE WINS PREDICTOR OF THE YEAR IN 2014 FOR 11TH TITLE
Nelson Slagle beat runner-up Dick Hammerstrom 9.56% to 27.99% for average placing in Basketball, Baseball and Football predictions to win the 2014
Predictor of the Year title.  Only five predictors predicted all 3 sports in 2014.  This is Nelson's 11th title since tracking this stat in 1985.  Nelson has finished
in top 4 predictors in 22 straight years and in top three 20 of last 22 years.  Dick Hammerstrom finished 2nd after finishing first the prior two years.  Dick
has three first place and two 2nd place finishes in last 8 years.  Jim Slagle, Bob Stanley and Bob Thomas round out the top 5 and each has been in top five
three of the last 4 years.
